Procurement Assistant

Key Roles:
Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
Support receiving, inspection, and reconciliation of delivered goods against purchase orders.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Assist in supplier performance evaluations and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Membership with KISM or other relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement, stores, inventory, or supply chain operations.
Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, supplier coordination, and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
Head Chef

Key Roles:
Lead and supervise all kitchen operations to ensure efficient daily service.
Ensure recipe adherence, food quality, and consistency across all menu items.
Manage food cost, stock control, wastage, and kitchen inventory to achieve company targets.
Implement and enforce HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and technical competence.
Plan kitchen schedules, monitor productivity, and coordinate service during peak hours.
Work closely with management on menu development, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy commercial kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
HACCP and Food Safety certification will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of food cost, kitchen operations, inventory management, recipe standardization, and stock control.
Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in training, coaching, and developing kitchen staff to improve performance.
Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness.
Assist in stock takes, inventory management, ordering, and safeguarding kitchen assets.
Qualifications:
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a busy commercial kitchen, with supervisory experience being an added advantage.
HACCP and Food Safety certification will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of food cost, stock control, recipe standardization, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to support the Head Chef in running kitchen operations.
