Nous recherchons pour le compte d'un employeur anonyme un Head of Internal Audit basé à Accra et dans la région de Tema, au Ghana. Ce poste à temps plein relève du secteur de la banque, de la finance et de l'assurance, et offre un salaire mensuel négociable compris entre 6 000 et 7 200 GHS.
Le titulaire de ce poste aura pour
de fournir une assurance indépendante au comité d'audit du conseil d'administration sur l'efficacité de la gouvernance, de la gestion des risques, des contrôles internes, de l'information financière et de la conformité réglementaire.
Les responsabilités incluent l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'un plan d'audit annuel basé sur les risques, la direction d'audits financiers, opérationnels, de conformité, informatiques, de succursales et de fraude, ainsi que l'évaluation de la conformité aux réglementations de la Banque du Ghana, aux exigences en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme (AML/CFT), de connaissance du client (KYC) et de protection des consommateurs.
Le candidat devra également évaluer les contrôles internes, les politiques et la fiabilité des informations financières, enquêter sur les fraudes, suivre la mise en œuvre des recommandations d'audit, préparer des rapports d'audit, assurer la liaison avec les régulateurs et les auditeurs externes, et conseiller sur la gouvernance, les risques et les améliorations opérationnelles.
Le poste requiert un MBA ou un MSc, un niveau senior avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, et une maîtrise de l'anglais. Les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h.
