Overview An international furniture supply and retail chain is looking for an Internal Auditor to employ immediately. Job Description Ensure the collection and control of receipts of revenues from the previous day’s sales. Ensure the delivery of the funds collected to the bank or the company conveying the funds. Send daily the collection table made with the proof of deposit to the bank. Track vouchers and credit notes. Ensure that daily receipts (cash, momo, Bank cards & cheques) are properly credited to the Bank Account. Ensure the follow-up and control of the supporting documents of the sales operations (discounts, VAT exemption, exhibition price …). Coordinate with the HR department the administrative management of the store’s staff (employment contracts, absence, leave, recovert, departure…). Justify the scoring anomalies of the store staff. Follow up on the security guards and the household. Carry out the placing and consultation of orders on the information system. Assist the audit team in carrying out its mission. Ensure the administrative follow-up and archiving of files in accordance with procedures. Monitor dashboards. Participate in stock inventories. Ensure a permanent follow-up of the stock situation.
