Técnico de Aprovisionamento – Área de Processamento de Dados
A SDO Moçambique está a recrutar um Técnico de Aprovisionamento - Área de Processamento de Dados, para Maputo, em Moçambique.
Funções
Receber materiais dos fornecedores no armazém junto do AREX e garantir a sua conservação e preservação.
Verificar a conformidade da informação documental fornecida pelo AREX.
Fornecer os materiais às áreas e garantir o seu abate no sistema.
Efectuar o arquivo dos documentos fornecidos pelo AREX bem como das requisições dos materiais fornecidos e os respectivos issues.
Efectuar o pedido de reabastecimento dos materiais.
Elaborar inventários (controlo do stock diário).
Analisar e reportar os inventários.
Verificar e responder às correspondências à nível nacional.
