Position Summary The Operations Manager supports the Chief Executive Officer in delivering the day-to-day operational management of the DBT Group and its subsidiaries. The role is responsible for implementing operating policies, coordinating activities across business units, monitoring performance, and ensuring that operational plans set by the CEO are executed efficiently and consistently. Working closely with subsidiary teams, the Operations Manager acts as a hands-on link between Group-level strategy and on-the-ground execution, driving efficiency, quality, compliance, and accountability across operations. 2.
