Entourage Integrated Trust Limited, a financial firm specialized in micro and corporate loan and investment, is recruiting for the position of Field Auditor based in Lagos, Nigeria. Established in July 2014, we currently operate in 12 states, with our head office in Lagos State.

Job Title: Field Auditor Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are looking for an objective Field Auditor who is open to work anywhere in Nigeria to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgement.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document processes. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee. Document processes and prepare audit findings memorandum. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. Keep a check on processes and regulations. Ensure staff compliance with company policies and regulations. Travel to different states for auditory reviews and assessments. Provide qualitative and quantitative evaluations based on empirical data findings. Provide solutions to company internal problems.

Requirements and Skills:

HND/BSc Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related field. Proven working experience as an Auditor in a Microfinance or Lending company. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Sound independent judgement. Meticulous attention to detail. A strong aptitude for math. Excellent problem-solving skills. A keen interest in the financial system. Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.

Benefits:

Starting Salary: 174,000 monthly. Incentive. Pension. Bi-annual Profit Sharing. HMO. Flexible working hours 11am – 6pm. Yearly appraisal. Salary review based on performance.
