One Acre Fund – TUB URA, an agricultural NGO active in multiple East African countries, supports small-scale farmers through localized delivery of credit-based farm inputs and tailored training to enhance harvests and income. Established in Burundi in 2012, the Rwanda office has grown rapidly, now employing over 1,600 permanent staff. The Recruitment Intern (Rwanda) will be an integral part of the Recruitment team, providing support to the Operations subteam while reporting directly to the Rwanda Recruitment Manager and collaborating closely with global team members. Key Responsibilities: – Execute essential recruitment tasks with precision to ensure smooth operations and minimize errors. – Oversee the candidate selection and evaluation process from application to hiring, delivering an outstanding candidate experience. – Maintain and manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applicants and analyze data for process improvement. – Partner with leadership to contribute to recruitment system enhancements and change strategies grounded in data-driven insights.
