The Savings Group Operations Advisor will play a pivotal role within HOPE’s savings group department, ensuring the successful execution and ongoing enhancement of savings group ministries across HOPE’s global network. Collaborating closely with field teams, this position will strengthen listening, monitoring, and evaluation (LM&E) practices, drive operational excellence, advance strategic initiatives, elevate program quality, and foster the adoption of effective tools, processes, and systems. Core responsibilities encompass operations support, field team mentorship, LM&E enhancement, process optimization, and project management. HOPE International partners with church denominations and mission-aligned organizations to deliver holistic, church-centered savings group programs, empowering local churches to independently sustain these initiatives within their unique contexts. In this leadership role, the Advisor will oversee program support, process implementation, and project coordination for the savings group operations team. Location & Structure: Based in Lancaster, PA; Durham, NC; or select international hubs including Lilongwe (Malawi), Harare (Zimbabwe), Lusaka (Zambia), Arusha (Tanzania), Bujumbura (Burundi), Cotonou (Benin), or Kigali (Rwanda). Level & Compensation: Professional-level position with a U.S. base salary range of $49,000–$59,000 for domestic roles. Salaries for international hires are determined by local market conditions and will be disclosed during the interview process. Key Responsibilities: – Champion HOPE International’s mission and vision through active engagement and servant-leadership in all interactions with colleagues and ministry stakeholders. – Foster a Christ-centered work environment, embedding Biblical principles and intentional witness into savings group programs. – Support regional and country directors, as well as field teams, by strengthening capacity-building efforts, onboarding new staff, and executing special projects. – Participate in savings group team meetings and strategy sessions, delivering assigned tasks while aligning field leadership with country-specific and network-wide priorities. – Lead and support both short- and long-term projects, including developing project timelines, enforcing deadlines, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely project completion. – Refine and operationalize monitoring indicators, tools, and data collection processes to accurately measure program quality, group health, and key outcomes aligned with HOPE’s Theory of Change. – Monitor LM&E framework progress, address gaps with field leadership, and promote consistent data collection and reporting systems across
