The Data Quality Assurance (DA) Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness of Raising The Village’s (RTV) core data throughout its entire lifecycle—from survey design and field preparation through data collection, monitoring, validation, and reporting. This position oversees operational data quality assurance for all RTV field-based evaluation surveys, encompassing baseline, midline, Edline, routine monitoring, and special studies across all operational countries. Highly analytical and action-oriented, the role demands rigorous examination of incoming datasets, the establishment of automated quality assurance mechanisms, evaluation of enumerator performance via survey metadata, in-depth root-cause analysis of data anomalies, and the swift conversion of findings into corrective measures that enhance field operations and data integrity. Oversee a diverse range of critical functions, including managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity, compliance, and organizational integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, resolve operational challenges, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation for sustained growth. Monitor and provide reports on Data Quality Assurance KPIs following each data collection exercise, identifying potential risks, emerging patterns, and actionable recommendations.
Promptly notify the Senior Officer Data Quality of any substantial data quality risks, integrity issues, or survey implementation challenges to ensure timely resolution. Field monitoring, verification, and audits involve on-site assessment, validation of data, and compliance checks to ensure operational integrity and adherence to established protocols. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ability to systematically evaluate processes, documentation, and performance metrics. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee standards implementation, maintain comprehensive documentation, and lead capacity-building initiatives.
