• Work closely with healthcare providers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to address and resolve issues pertaining to claims.
• Thoroughly review claims for inconsistencies, and escalate any claims deemed suspicious or fraudulent as appropriate. Prepare comprehensive quality assurance reports and conduct detailed performance analyses for senior management, ensuring clear and actionable insights are provided to support strategic decision-making. Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing quality improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance and operational excellence. Ensure precise documentation and meticulous record-keeping of all quality assurance processes and outcomes.
