Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)
Lexwell Foods Ltd, une entreprise agroalimentaire en pleine croissance, recherche un superviseur de production expérimenté et motivé pour rejoindre son équipe à Kampala, en Ouganda. Ce poste à temps plein (8h à 17h) relève du secteur de la fabrication et de l'entreposage, avec un salaire mensuel compris entre 2 000 000 et 2 500 000 shillings ougandais.

Le superviseur de production aura pour responsabilités de :
- Superviser les opérations de production quotidiennes afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Planifier et organiser la main-d'œuvre pour maximiser la productivité et l'efficacité.
- Contrôler la qualité des produits et veiller au respect des normes de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène.
- Gérer l'utilisation des matières premières et minimiser les pertes de production.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la maintenance de routine des équipements de production.
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les normes 5S et de sécurité au travail.
- Former, motiver et superviser le personnel de production.
- Préparer les rapports de production quotidiens et communiquer les performances à la direction.
- Identifier les problèmes de production et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives efficaces.

Le candidat idéal devra justifier d'un diplôme (Master) ou d'une licence en sciences alimentaires, technologie alimentaire, ingénierie, gestion industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe. Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un environnement de fabrication alimentaire est exigée, de préférence dans la boulangerie, le pain, les nouilles instantanées ou d'autres productions de biens de consommation courante (FMCG). Le niveau d'expérience requis est de niveau cadre (Executive level).

Le poste nécessite de solides compétences en leadership, en communication et en résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension de la planification de la production, du contrôle qualité et des normes de sécurité alimentaire. Le candidat devra également être capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais de production. La maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et des applications informatiques de base est un atout. La langue de travail est l'anglais.
