It has its head office in Lilongwe - Malawi. We are looking for suitably qualified individuals to join our team on the position mentioned above.
Core duties and responsibilities
Working with clients to determine requirements for building projects Preparing detailed drawings, showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project Assist in developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements In consultation with management, preparing work contracts for subcontractors Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
Developing and giving presentations to stakeholders on project details Qualifications and Attributes Must be a holder of Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Must be willing to work on commission basis. Should be creative, adaptive and attentive to detail.
