About the role: Prestige Body Lab The ideal candidate will provide specialized body-sculpting, weight-loss treatments, massage therapy, and holistic wellness services to clients, aiming to improve both their physical and mental health. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, outstanding customer service abilities, and a strong dedication to wellness principles. Key Responsibilities: Administering treatments and therapies involves delivering customized care plans that align with each client’s specific requirements and health objectives. Offer expert guidance on selecting appropriate home care products to meet customers’ needs effectively. Provide support for the installation and upkeep of machinery and tools to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Educate clients regarding the advantages of available services. Evaluate client health status and requirements by conducting comprehensive health screenings and in-depth consultations. Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms is a key responsibility within this role. Cultivating a Calm Environment: Establishing a serene setting that promotes relaxation and renewal for clients. Providing customer service involves proactively identifying and resolving service requirements to deliver a consistently positive customer experience. Oversee the organization and coordination of client appointments, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. Technical Skills: Demonstrates expertise in skincare treatments, advanced massage methods, and holistic healing practices. Minimum Requirements: Nursing diploma or equivalent Professional registration with the Nursing and Health Professions Council of Zambia is a mandatory requirement. A foundational knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is required. Certified in first aid and CPR, possessing the necessary credentials to respond effectively to medical emergencies. Relevant experience within a spa or wellness environment would be considered advantageous. A highly developed ability to convey ideas clearly and engage effectively with others is required. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative sales techniques, effectively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of services and products. Capable of accommodating variable schedules, including weekend and holiday shifts, as required by operational demands.
