Pih recrute un responsable de maintenance pour superviser les travaux de maçonnerie, plomberie, menuiserie et peinture. Ce poste clé consiste à coordonner les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective, à garantir la qualité et la sécurité des installations, et à gérer les équipes techniques sur le terrain.
Vous serez en charge de planifier les opérations, de contrôler les chantiers, de gérer les stocks de matériaux et de veiller au respect des délais et des normes en vigueur. Une expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la maintenance du bâtiment est requise, ainsi que de solides compétences en gestion d'équipe et en organisation.
