Job Overview The Digital Learning Experience Architect will work closely with our product development team to design and develop digital learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers Work closely with our product development team to ensure that digital learning experiences are aligned with business objectives Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives, outcomes, and assessments Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, tutorials, and other digital learning resources Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that digital learning experiences are accurate and relevant Test and evaluate digital learning experiences to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field 5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or a related field Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field Experience 5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or a related field Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Training We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
