Job Description The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is tasked with expanding the customer base, facilitating seamless onboarding, and increasing revenue by directly engaging with potential clients. This position entails actively marketing bank products and services, fostering strong customer connections, and consistently meeting predetermined sales objectives. Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required. Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, connect with, and secure new clients by conducting on-site visits, leveraging referrals, and expanding professional networks. Proactively market and secure subscriptions for the bank’s diverse portfolio of offerings, including accounts, loans, deposit products, insurance solutions, credit and debit cards, and additional financial services. Present product demonstrations, elucidate key features and advantages, and resolve customer inquiries with clarity and precision. Ensure all account opening forms and documentation are completed accurately and in strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and applicable regulatory standards. Consistently meet or exceed the designated daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas set forth by management. Deliver consistent evaluations regarding customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitor developments. Foster enduring partnerships with clients to enhance retention rates and identify additional sales prospects.
Uphold the bank’s reputation by maintaining professionalism during every customer engagement. Generate business opportunities by pursuing and following up on leads.
Engage in strategic cold calling initiatives to target and connect with high-value prospects through a structured approach. Proactively pursue and capitalize on emerging business opportunities to expand market presence and secure a greater share of the industry. Deliver detailed insights and promote the Personal Banking product to prospective and existing customers, ensuring they fully understand its features and benefits. Ensure that customer needs are fully addressed by conducting thorough follow-ups on sales transactions. Offer supplementary details to enhance product support and diagnose potential issues. Successfully transition customer relationships to the Personal Banker, Branch Manager, and business development managers as part of the Employee Value Banking (EVE) process. Ensure strict adherence to all service level agreements and stay updated on any modifications to these agreements. Handle all inquiries originating from clients, Credit, or Branch levels promptly and professionally. Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to accurately assess customer requirements during the account opening process or when providing product recommendations, ensuring full compliance with established guidelines and product specifications.
