Sales and Marketing Officer
Codirect Courier & Fulfillment Center is looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping a business grow, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard new vendors to expand the company's vendor network. Develop and implement strategies to attract new vendors and business opportunities. Create engaging marketing content to attract and recruit vendors. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships. Assess and qualify vendor leads and convert them into active business partners. Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service quality. Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
Profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course. 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing. Experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or account management will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Computer literate. Ready to start immediately.
