Job description: The Asset Finance Consultant is responsible for driving growth in new vehicle sales across B2C and B2B segments by structuring and delivering attractive vehicle asset financing and related insurance solutions that address customer affordability constraints and shift purchase decisions from used vehicles to brand-new vehicles offered by the company, through strong partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and approved insurers. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline. Specific Knowledge & Skills
Expérience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset finance, banking, automotive finance, or a related commercial role.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle asset financing structures, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into customer-friendly solutions.
- Valid driving licence. Key personal attributes
- Commercially astute, confident, and credible in senior customer and bank interactions.
- Strong relationship-builder with proven negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a growth-oriented sales environment.
- Customer-centric, with the ability to balance business growth and risk discipline.
