KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES It is important to recognize that this role encompasses responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined here. Key duties associated with this position include: The engineering team is scheduled daily to manage planned maintenance tasks and address both guest requests and emergency situations. Oversee the engineering team to ensure the successful and efficient execution of their responsibilities. Collaborate with various operational departments to guarantee they receive all necessary engineering support essential for fulfilling their responsibilities. Inspect and maintain the hotel’s air conditioning, water, and fire safety systems to ensure compliance with established standards. Collaborate closely with all other hotel departments to ensure the seamless operation of their equipment on a daily basis. Oversee the performance of external contractors acting on behalf of the hotel. Facilitate and assist external inspectors throughout the duration of their assessments. Sharing is caring!
