KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Please be advised that this is not a comprehensive list of all duties. In this context, the primary responsibilities for this role include: Responsible for executing tasks outlined in the preventive maintenance schedule according to the hotel’s established plans. Responsibilities include ensuring all work areas are thoroughly cleaned upon task completion and maintaining the professional upkeep of all tools provided by the hotel. Actively contribute to the Hotel’s energy conservation initiatives by proposing innovative cost-saving strategies, extending beyond the scope of the Engineering Department as opportunities arise. Responsible for the professional care, proper maintenance, and secure storage of all hotel-provided tools throughout the duration of each shift. Ensure all work areas are thoroughly cleaned upon completion of tasks. Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and guidelines in the execution of duties. Ensure continuous and effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times. Actively engaging in the Hotel’s energy conservation initiatives to contribute effectively. To integrate environmentally-friendly products into workplace operations and provide recommendations for their utilization. Proactively identify and propose cost-saving opportunities wherever feasible, extending beyond the scope of the Engineering Department.
