Customer follow-up: Follow up with customers post-service to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction. Training: Provide comprehensive training to sales agents and technical staff on the correct installation and operation procedures for solar products. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive records of all tasks executed, detailing components utilized and measures implemented. Customer education: Provide customers with expert guidance on the correct use of their equipment while informing them of available solar power solutions. CORE & GENERAL COMPETENCIES Individuals should possess familiarity with various electrical systems, including batteries such as Lemon, Lux watt, and Dryness, as well as inverters like Must, Lux Power, and SRNE. Professional Rewriting: A background in solar installation or electrical work would be considered a significant advantage. Customer Service Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, effective communication, and efficient time-management. Analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this position.
