CORE ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Technical support: As the primary technical support liaison, you will address and resolve customer inquiries pertaining to solar batteries and inverters, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to technical challenges. Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and resolve issues affecting solar system components, such as photovoltaic panels, energy storage units, and related electrical equipment. Customer follow-up: Follow up with customers after service delivery to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and to their satisfaction. Training: Provide comprehensive training to sales agents and technical personnel on the correct installation and operation of solar products. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive records of all work activities conducted, detailing the components utilized and the specific actions performed. Customer education: Provide customers with expert guidance on the correct operation of their equipment and comprehensive education regarding solar power solutions. CORE & GENERAL COMPETENCIES Professional Rewrite: Familiarity with electrical systems, including batteries (such as Lemon, Lux watt, and Dryness models) and inverters (including Must, Lux Power, and SRNE brands), is required. Professional workers with a background in solar installation or electrical systems will be prioritized for this role. Customer Service Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, communication, and time-management is essential. Analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities for this position. QUALIFICATIONS Grade Twelve (12) Certificate Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is required. DEADLINE: 7th August 2026.
