You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all offshore installation operations, including foundation installation, turbine erection, and cable laying. This role requires exceptional project management skills, deep technical knowledge of marine operations, and the ability to work in a challenging and innovative environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, marine crew, and contractors, ensuring all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
