Position Areas of responsibility — Reports to SHE Manager Specific knowledge Due date 7/31/2026 12:00 AM Main duties Deliver proactive and high-impact support in administering the company’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) programs, practices, policies, and standards to ensure alignment with and achievement of organizational SHE objectives.
Observe relevant environmental policies and regulations. Adherence to the HM Group Code of Business Conduct, compliance policies, and established guidelines is required. Additionally, the incumbent may be tasked with assuming other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the supervisor. Minimum requirements (Qualifications) A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment; Occupational Health and Safety; Disaster and Safety Management; Industrial Safety and Risk Management; Process Safety Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial); or any closely related discipline is required.
