We are actively recruiting three (3) new Board Members with specialized expertise in the following areas. Grant Management & Resource Mobilization (1 Position) This role will oversee the strategic allocation and utilization of grants while identifying and securing additional funding opportunities to support organizational objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing grant applications, managing relationships with donors, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources with programmatic priorities and report on the impact of funded initiatives. Strong proficiency in grant writing, financial management, and stakeholder engagement is essential for this position. The successful applicant must possess relevant experience in:
• Craft compelling grant proposals and cultivate meaningful relationships with donors. Responsibilities include overseeing grant management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and preparing accurate financial and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Development and implementation of resource mobilization and fundraising strategies.
• Seeking and obtaining funding opportunities from both local and international donors. We forge and sustain high-impact collaborations with donors, development agencies, and private-sector entities to drive shared objectives and sustainable growth.
• Formulating and implementing strategies to secure resources and enhance the Foundation’s long-term financial stability.

• Develop and execute strategic plans as well as enhance organizational frameworks. Legal Expert (1 Position) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Expert to fill a critical role within our organization. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while mitigating potential risks. This position demands a deep understanding of legal frameworks, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to offer strategic guidance to senior leadership. The ideal applicant will possess a Juries Doctor (J.D.) degree, a minimum of five years of relevant legal experience, and active membership in a recognized bar association. Duties include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, managing litigation processes, and ensuring regulatory adherence across all business operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for this role. The successful applicant must meet the following qualifications:

• Applicants must hold an accredited law degree and possess substantive professional experience in the legal field. Proficient in non-profit governance principles and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in analyzing and evaluating contracts, policies, and governance documents. Capable of delivering high-level legal advice and strategic direction to the Board of Directors. Human Resources Specialist (1 Opening) A seasoned HR professional is sought to fill one available position, requiring expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The preferred applicant must possess demonstrated experience in: Human resources management and the enhancement of organizational structures and processes are key responsibilities of this role.
• Performance management systems.
• Responsible for creating and executing HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives. Talent acquisition, staff development, and industrial relations form the core responsibilities of this position. Ensuring employee well-being, fostering professional growth, and maintaining harmonious Labour-management relationships are essential duties.
