Overview A rapidly growing, high-end medical aesthetics clinic in Accra, Ghana is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and drive strategic business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, enhancing service quality, driving financial performance, and supporting the clinic’s continued expansion while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily operations of the clinic. Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve performance goals. Ensure exceptional client service and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key business metrics. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives. Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management or operations role. Previous experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness is highly desirable. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience managing budgets, KPIs, and business performance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
