Key Responsibilities Oversee daily order processing, ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch across all fulfillment centers. Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stock‑outs and excess inventory. Lead a team of warehouse supervisors, customer service agents, and logistics coordinators, fostering a high‑performance culture. Analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and introduce process improvements using data analytics. Coordinate with third‑party delivery partners to optimize last‑mile delivery routes and reduce delivery times. Manage the budget for operations, monitor cost per order, and drive initiatives to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with the Technology team to integrate new tools such as warehouse management systems and AI‑driven demand forecasting. Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key KPIs and actionable insights. Champion a customer‑centric approach, handling escalations and implementing feedback loops to continuously improve service quality. Required Skills Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
