Support the Acquisition & Services team by contributing to the delivery of top-tier bid support, due diligence services, and CRM and Data Management initiatives, while gradually integrating automation into repetitive acquisition workflows through the use of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI agents. During the early stages, the position will prioritize acquisition administration and CRM support before gradually assuming enhanced duties related to AI and automation within the technology team. You will collaborate intensively with various Business Development and Technology teams, serving as a dependable resource for administrative precision and consistency while driving operational improvements and innovative solutions through automation. Tasks: Acquisition Admin and CRM Support Prepare eligibility /admin documents for the proposals Support signature and kick-off processes. Due diligence and capacity assessment processes. Maintain acquisition knowledge assets, templates and repositories. During peak periods, oversee CRM data quality assurance and data entry tasks, curate and update expert and partner databases, and assist with data analytics initiatives. AI & Process Automation in Acquisitions Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, build, test, and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, while continuously refining and enhancing their performance. Construct workflows utilizing Power Automate and the broader Power Platform ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency and automate processes. Analyze institutional and business development procedures to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to streamline operations. Document and maintain solutions while actively contributing to Swiss contact’s AI and automation standards. Partner with the AI & Power platform Specialist within the Technology team to deliver scalable and secure implementations. Requirements A degree at the bachelor’s level or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, AI Management, Digital Business, or a comparable discipline is required. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is preferred. Individuals should demonstrate a sincere passion for administrative and organizational tasks, with a particular focus on document management, activity coordination, and maintaining seamless, error-free processes. Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to drive automation and enhance productivity. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems, particularly those developed with Microsoft Dynamics 365, is advantageous. Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling legal documents and data, and excels in coordinating administrative tasks efficiently, even amid tight deadlines. Demonstrates a strong analytical approach, effectively converting business needs into practical technical implementations. Proven expertise in utilizing MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, is required. Proficient in both spoken and written English at a C2 level, with fluency in French and Spanish considered advantageous.
