Enumerators will be instrumental in collecting accurate and dependable field data. This position entails completing mandatory field training, traveling to designated intervention communities, conducting survey instruments, and maintaining data integrity throughout the entire collection process. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities to ensure operational excellence, aligning with organizational objectives and standards. Perform key tasks to support team productivity, maintain compliance with policies and procedures, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department. Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to facilitate seamless workflows and address cross-functional challenges. Ensure that all completed questionnaires are meticulously reviewed for accuracy and completeness before being promptly uploaded or submitted each day, adhering strictly to the directives provided by the supervisor. Coordinate with team leaders to facilitate logistics in the field while maintaining ethical standards, securing informed consent from all participants, and safeguarding the confidentiality of respondent data. Conduct interviews in the appropriate local languages, ensuring interactions are conducted with cultural sensitivity and respect within target communities. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record and the following qualifications and key skills to excel in this role. The ideal applicant will hold a degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar position. Strong proficiency in industry-specific software, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication skills are essential.
