Le Projet
This is an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art landmark project in Rwanda. Mace have been delivering PMC services on major aviation projects for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services.
Vous Serez Responsable De
Develop and implement the Project Commissioning Management Plan, covering all civil, structural, MEP, and special systems packages. Produce and maintain a detailed commissioning programme, integrated with the master construction programme, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and integrated testing phases. Chair the Commissioning Coordination Group (CCG) and manage commissioning interfaces between contractors, designers, and the airport operator. Oversee the preparation and execution of all factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and integrated systems tests (IST). Manage the Commissioning Tracker, recording completion status of all test certificates, witnessed tests, and acceptance criteria sign-offs. Coordinate with RCAA, ICAO, and other statutory authorities on regulatory inspections, certifications, and operational approvals. Manage the snagging and defect close-out process during the commissioning period; track outstanding items to resolution. Coordinate operator familiarisation, training, and trial operations in advance of practical completion. Manage the handover of all commissioning documentation to the airport operator, including O&M manuals, test records, warranties, and spares schedules.
Vous Devez Avoir
Minimum 10 years’ experience in testing and commissioning management on major infrastructure, aviation, or complex building projects. Proven experience commissioning complex MEP systems (HV/LV distribution, HVAC, fire systems, standby power) and special systems (BMS, SCADA, BHS). Airport commissioning experience, including RCAA or equivalent regulatory interface, strongly preferred. Familiar with structured commissioning methodologies and documentation standards. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems); professional membership preferred. Highly organised with strong programme management skills; able to manage multiple overlapping commissioning workstreams.
