Acquérir de nouveaux clients pour la banque des PME en faisant activement la promotion des produits de la banque afin d'améliorer la croissance des dépôts. Préparer la documentation nécessaire à la création d'actifs risqués pour accroître la rentabilité du bureau d'affaires. Commercialiser activement les produits de la banque pour assurer une réponse favorable du marché et une optimisation des revenus. Assurer la vente croisée de produits existants et nouveaux aux clients actuels et potentiels, ainsi qu'une gestion efficace des relations. Veiller à la réactivation des comptes dormants et des relations pour améliorer la croissance des dépôts et la rentabilité. Effectuer des appels et des visites aux clients professionnels, ainsi que participer à des réunions. Mettre en œuvre les stratégies et objectifs marketing. Traiter les données pour produire des informations, chiffres et rapports précis. Faciliter, établir et maintenir des relations efficaces avec les clients nouveaux et existants.

Diplôme de premier cycle avec mention bien ou mieux dans n'importe quel domaine. Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience pertinente. Doit faire preuve de dynamisme, d'énergie, d'agressivité et de passion pour le développement commercial et l'acquisition. Doit être féru de technologie. Capacité à évaluer les besoins des clients et à déterminer les produits ou services qui répondraient le mieux à ces besoins. Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication. Compétences en vente et marketing. Doit être autonome, proactif et avoir une connaissance acceptable de l'environnement des affaires. Doit atteindre tous les objectifs financiers. Atteindre les volumes de comptes PME approuvés. Atteindre les objectifs PBT assignés.

Cross-selling of existing and new products to existing and new clients and effective relationship management. Ensure the reactivation of dormant accounts and relationships to improve deposit liability growth and profitability. Making calls and visiting business customers as well as attending meetings. Implementing the delivery of marketing strategies and targets. Processing data to produce accurate facts, figures, and reports. Facilitating, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers. Education Requirements First degree with credit or better in any field. Experience Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience. Key Competency List: Knowledge Must exhibit drive, energy, aggression and passion for business development and acquisition. Must be technology savvy. Skills/Competencies Ability to evaluate needs of customers and determine what products or service would best serve those needs. Interpersonal and communication skills. Selling and marketing skills. Must be self-solution driven, proactive and have acceptable knowledge of the business environment. Key Performance Indicators Must deliver on all financial targets.
