Position Overview Bourbon Coffee is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, manage operational teams, and drive business performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service excellence while supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel and hospitality operations. Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction. Manage front office, housekeeping, food service, and operational teams. Monitor revenue performance and operational budgets. Develop strategies to improve occupancy, customer retention, and profitability. Supervise staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and safety regulations. Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain operational continuity. Monitor quality assurance standards across departments. Prepare management reports and operational analyses. Support business development and marketing initiatives.
Educational Requirements Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related discipline. Additional certifications in hospitality operations, customer service, or hotel administration will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements 3–5 years of experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, restaurant management, or customer service leadership. Proven experience supervising teams and managing daily operations. Strong understanding of hospitality industry best practices.
