Administrative and Finance Manager - Blantyre

NEXUSBRIDGE CONSULTING GROUP recrute un(e) Administrative and Finance Manager basé(e) à Blantyre. Le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion financière et administrative de l'organisation, assurant la conformité avec les politiques internes et les réglementations légales. Il/elle fournira un leadership stratégique en matière de budgétisation, planification financière, approvisionnement, gestion des ressources humaines et gestion de bureau pour soutenir le fonctionnement efficace et efficient de l'organisation.

Responsabilités clés

Gestion financière

Élaborer et gérer les budgets annuels, les prévisions et les plans financiers. Préparer des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour la direction. Surveiller les flux de trésorerie, les dépenses et la performance financière. Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables, les réglementations fiscales et les politiques organisationnelles. Gérer les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients, la paie et les rapprochements bancaires. Coordonner les audits internes et externes et mettre en œuvre les recommandations. Tenir des registres financiers et des systèmes comptables précis.

Gestion administrative

Superviser les fonctions administratives quotidiennes de l'organisation. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques, procédures et systèmes administratifs. Gérer les installations, les actifs et les fournitures de bureau pour assurer l'efficacité opérationnelle. Superviser le personnel de soutien administratif et garantir une prestation de services efficace. Coordonner les voyages, la logistique et les événements de bureau. Assurer la conformité avec les lois du travail et les politiques organisationnelles.

Soutien aux ressources humaines

Soutenir les processus de recrutement, d'intégration et d'orientation du personnel. Tenir les dossiers du personnel et la documentation des employés. Coordonner les évaluations de performance et les initiatives de formation. Conseiller la direction sur les relations avec les employés et les questions disciplinaires.

Gestion des achats et des contrats

Superviser les processus d'approvisionnement pour garantir la transparence et le rapport qualité-prix. Examiner et approuver les demandes d'achat et la documentation. Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et l'administration des contrats. Assurer le respect des politiques d'approvisionnement et des exigences des donateurs le cas échéant.

Leadership et soutien stratégique

Fournir des conseils stratégiques à la haute direction sur les questions financières et administratives. Diriger et encadrer le personnel des finances et de l'administration. Participer aux processus de planification organisationnelle et de prise de décision. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus pour renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Qualifications et expérience

Licence en Finance, Comptabilité, Administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Un Master en Administration des affaires (MBA), Finance ou Comptabilité est un atout supplémentaire. Une certification professionnelle telle que CPA, ACCA, CIMA ou équivalent est préférée. Minimum de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience progressive en finance et administration, avec au moins 3 ans dans un poste de gestion. Une expérience de travail avec des ONG, des organisations internationales ou des organisations du secteur privé est un atout supplémentaire.

Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle ou Sage). Solides compétences en leadership, organisation et résolution de problèmes. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler sous pression. Haut niveau d'intégrité, professionnalisme et souci du détail. Connaissance de l'approvisionnement, de la gestion des ressources humaines et de l'administration de bureau.

Maintain personnel records and employee documentation. Coordinate staff performance evaluations and training initiatives. Advise management on employee relations and disciplinary matters. Procurement and Contract Management Oversee procurement processes to ensure transparency and value for money. Review and approve purchase requests and procurement documentation. Manage vendor relationships and contract administration.

Profil recherché

Ensure adherence to procurement policies and donor requirements where applicable. Leadership and Strategic Support Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial and administrative matters. Lead and mentor finance and administration staff. Participate in organizational planning and decision-making processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting is an added advantage. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.

Expérience

Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience working with NGOs, international organizations, or private sector organizations is an added advantage. Required Competencies
