Your challenge The Project Coordinator, in collaboration with the Program Manager of Junior, oversees the daily coordination of Participatory Integrated Planning (PIP) initiatives within the project’s scope in Kiryandongo refugee settlement and the adjacent host community in Kiryandongo District. This role involves directing the execution and implementation of these activities. Additionally, the Project Coordinator provides supervision to three Project Officers assigned to the PIP portfolio. Under your purview, the primary duties and obligations will encompass a comprehensive spectrum of responsibilities aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your role will demand the execution of key tasks essential to maintaining operational excellence, ensuring adherence to established protocols and fostering a culture of accountability. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing critical processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to the overall success and growth of the department. General Coordinates project activities by adhering to the approved work plan to ensure the achievement of optimal project deliverables and results, all while aligning with ZOO and donor-established procedures and objectives. Provides assistance to project personnel in fulfilling their respective roles and responsibilities to execute project activities effectively.

Verifies that project deliverables align with the established project plan, log frame, and adhere to quality standards and national policies.
