Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, from an accredited institution. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role, with demonstrated expertise in project management, data analysis, or operations. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and specialized platforms, is essential. Expérience

• You must possess a current, active professional license issued by the Allied Health Professions Council (APC). With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory environment, candidates should bring practical expertise to the role.
• Comprehensive understanding of laboratory safety standards, stringent quality control measures, and proper specimen handling procedures. A strong command of standard laboratory procedures across hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and parasitology is essential. Proficiency in collecting specimens from pediatric patients is considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in computer applications and data entry is essential, and prior experience with Library Information Systems or related fields is advantageous. Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to drive organizational efficiency and growth. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity, ensure compliance with industry standards, and mitigate operational risks. Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and delegate responsibilities to achieve departmental objectives aligned with company goals. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
