Job description: Overall Job Purpose The position oversees the comprehensive management and supervision of company-provided housing and FQM facilities, guaranteeing streamlined operations, superior living conditions, and adherence to health and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves developing and enforcing preventive maintenance programs and strategies for FQM assets. The role is responsible for advancing the adoption of comprehensive risk management strategies, including employee training initiatives, routine inspections, and structured incident response protocols. The position also encompasses the execution of asset management strategies, adherence to regulatory standards, and the preparation of periodic reports. Specific Job Responsibility Operations: Provide daily oversight and management of housing and infrastructure services. Maintenance Conduct preventive maintenance and oversee structural renovation projects. Planning Develop and maintain weekly as well as long-term schedules to optimize facility workflows. Systems Streamline and enhance the processes for tracking and documenting work orders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards. Leadership Responsible for overseeing, coaching, and directing maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards. Inspections Perform systematic evaluations of properties and associated risks on a recurring basis. Quality To verify adherence to technical and safety specifications. Safety You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety systems and protocols pertaining to accommodation infrastructure. Compliance Ensure compliance with all local, national, and industry-specific regulations at all times. Risk Conduct comprehensive hazard evaluations and implement corresponding mitigation strategies to ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Culture Conduct safety training sessions for employees and raise awareness among residents regarding safety protocols. Analysis Conduct thorough analyses of safety incidents and operational failures to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
