Missions : En tant que Social Policy Specialist, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la mise en œuvre, du suivi et de l'évaluation des politiques sociales et des programmes de protection sociale en RDC. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le gouvernement, les partenaires et les communautés pour renforcer les systèmes de protection sociale et améliorer les résultats pour les enfants. Vous contribuerez à l'analyse des politiques, à la formulation de recommandations et à la mobilisation des ressources. Vous assurerez également le suivi des budgets publics alloués aux secteurs sociaux et plaiderez pour une augmentation des investissements en faveur des enfants.

** Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire supérieur (Master ou équivalent) en économie, politique publique, sciences sociales, développement international ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous justifiez d'au moins cinq années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine des politiques sociales, de la protection sociale ou du développement. Une expérience de travail dans un pays en développement est un atout. Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse, de communication et de travail en équipe. Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et sous pression.
