Job Summary The Compensation Supervisor is responsible for administering the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive remuneration practices, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Administer compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis. Coordinate payroll inputs with finance. Monitor statutory deductions and compliance. Prepare compensation reports and workforce cost analysis. Support annual salary review processes. Ensure accurate employee benefits administration. Maintain compensation records and HRIS data. Recommend improvements to compensation structures. Support budgeting and workforce planning. Qualifications &Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant experience in compensation, payroll, or rewards management. Experience using payroll systems is essential.
