Formation / Diplômes : Un Diplôme en Gestion de la Santé et de la Sécurité au Travail est requis pour ce poste.
Expérience : Minimum de trois à cinq ans d'expérience pratique en milieu de construction et de fabrication, spécifiquement au sein du département Sécurité, Santé, Environnement et Qualité (SHE).
Responsabilités :
Élaborer, appliquer et réviser en continu les politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité pour assurer la conformité aux normes réglementaires et aux objectifs de l'organisation. Effectuer des causeries sur la sécurité, des audits et des inspections réguliers pour garantir la conformité aux protocoles de sécurité et aux normes opérationnelles. Assurer la formation et le mentorat complets, ce qui constitue une responsabilité clé de ce poste. Mener des examens approfondis des accidents et incidents, et préparer des rapports détaillés pour la direction supérieure. Superviser le comité SHE (Sécurité, Santé, Environnement et Qualité), une responsabilité clé de ce rôle. Assurer le respect des réglementations légales et des normes de l'industrie. Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et superviser le programme de formation SHE. Assurer le bien-être et la protection des employés, ce qui inclut la mise en œuvre et l'application des protocoles de sécurité, la réalisation régulière d'évaluations des risques, et la conformité à toutes les réglementations pertinentes en matière de santé et de sécurité pour atténuer efficacement les dangers sur le lieu de travail. Démontrer une compréhension approfondie et le respect des protocoles de sécurité pour divers environnements de travail à haut risque, y compris le travail en hauteur, les zones restreintes, les opérations à chaud, les activités d'excavation, la manutention des matériaux, les protocoles de sécurité électrique, et autres mesures de sécurité pertinentes.
