The Key Purpose This position involves maintaining, repairing, and optimizing plant equipment and associated systems to maximize operational availability and uphold product quality while minimizing costs and adhering to established standards. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain, repair, and enhance plant equipment and related systems to ensure consistent operational availability and adherence to product quality standards while minimizing costs and upholding regulatory compliance.

• Identify and retrieve plant, equipment, spares, and associated documentation and systems.
• Execute repairs, maintenance tasks, or perform major maintenance work as required.
• Regularly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of plant operations, process equipment, and systems through ongoing optimization efforts.
• Operate plant and process equipment. Through systematic plant walkthroughs or execution of maintenance schedules, identify existing problems or anticipate potential issues. Safely oversee the operation of packaging machinery, ensuring precise monitoring and control of the process to maintain consistent product quality while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Running and shutting down the machine. Perform routine maintenance tasks and ensure all associated documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintains the operational integrity of the machinery. Ensuring a secure and hygienic workspace remains a top priority to protect both employees and visitors.
• Applying the VPO Principles and Practices.

Maintain 5S at workstation. Minimum Requirements:

Expérience

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering A minimum of two to three months of on-the-job training is required. Ideally, candidates should anticipate a training period of three to six months upon joining the organization. Requires one to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
