The Key Purpose The incumbent will oversee and sustain packaging machinery, implementing processes designed to deliver consistent product quality with minimal variability while maximizing operational efficiency and reducing material waste. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Packaging process operation
• Responsible for operating machinery, including startup and shutdown procedures, as well as continuous operation and waste management tasks.
• Brand and Pack changes

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment Perform comprehensive cleaning duties along with basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
• Contributing to problem solving Key Attributes and Competencies: Prompt response to escalating incidents is essential, with a keen ability to assess and act swiftly in critical situations.

Profil recherché

• Good communicator. Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
• Trade Test Mechanical or Electrical

Formation / Diplômes

• Ability to work shifts Skilled in a packaging process environment with hands-on experience and a proven track record of adapting to operational workflows. Additional Information:
