Purpose of role To oversee the reconciliation of both inbound and outbound inventory—encompassing physical counts and SAP system records—for all product categories, including raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and point-of-sale (POS) items as assigned. This must be executed with precision, adherence to safety protocols, and cost efficiency. Key accountabilities Lead and oversee annual and monthly stock takes while serving as the primary liaison for these processes in MOVE, encompassing raw materials, point-of-sale items, finished goods, returns, and returnable packaging. Ensure all warehouses in the market conduct daily stock counts at every shift handover. Reconciliation and publication of stock accuracy reports—comparing physical inventory with system records—must occur at regularly scheduled intervals. Daily tracking and reporting of returnable glass packaging return rates across the market is required. Conducts independent evaluations to verify warehouse compliance with EARL brewing protocols, environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines as outlined in CAR, IAA, ISOs, and SIPP standards. Skills and Experience required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher-level diploma—ideally in accounting—is required for consideration.
Computer literacy. Demonstrates strong capability to meet established deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
