Le titulaire du poste explorera des canaux de communication supplémentaires pour les clients afin de réduire la congestion en agence, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) de la banque. Il exploitera les connaissances clients pour identifier et recommander des produits supplémentaires adaptés à leurs besoins et à leur potentiel, assurant une intégration harmonieuse avec leurs exigences principales tout en maintenant les normes de service de l'agence pour atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance.
Missions : Respecter constamment les références établies par la banque en matière de temps d'attente et de service moyens, tout en veillant à la soumission en temps voulu de tous les rapports de productivité. Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients et escalader tout problème au Head Teller ou au SQC Manager pour garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction et dépasser les attentes des clients. Assurer une gestion méticuleuse des transactions en espèces au guichet afin de maintenir un solde exact, éliminant ainsi tout excédent ou manque. Veiller au strict respect de toutes les politiques départementales applicables, des processus établis, des procédures opérationnelles standard et des instructions fournies, maintenant ainsi un flux de travail contrôlé et cohérent. Maintenir un dossier de présence professionnel et cohérent, en garantissant la ponctualité en tout temps, tout en respectant des normes élevées d'apparence personnelle et une conformité stricte aux protocoles de santé et de sécurité.
