Interested and eligible service providers are required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) referencing the procurement subject via email to procurement@goodneighbors.ug, whereupon the Terms of Reference (TOR) will be promptly provided to facilitate the preparation of their proposal. Qualified service providers seeking to participate may submit applications for up to two (2) procurement categories per submission, including Pit latrine, Kitchen, GFS, Triage, and classroom block. Each procurement category requires a distinct proposal, and all sealed bids must prominently display the assigned reference number and the relevant procurement category. Submissions should be sent to the provided address or emailed to the specified address prior to the bid closure deadline of Friday, July 24, 2026. Our role is assigned the procurement reference number as specified above, and the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing suppliers to finalizing contracts.
