The Repossession Section is where this role is based, and the position reports directly to the Repossession Coordinator; there are no direct reports under this role. The primary objective involves performing motor vehicle repossession tasks as directed. Oversee comprehensive operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to established policies and procedures. Manage and direct a diverse team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a high-performance culture. Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics to drive efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and departmental stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and coordinated decision-making. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining rigorous financial controls and audit readiness.

Responsabilités

• Interpreting repossession instructions upon receipt and ensuring full comprehension of their contents. Providing repossession services strictly in accordance with the established training procedures provided. Ensuring strict adherence to repossession protocols and procedures throughout the entire process. Diligently prepare and organize repossession documentation in accordance with established training and guidelines. The role involves submitting all necessary documentation for the repossession procedure to the office promptly, in accordance with the specified deadlines. If provided with a company vehicle, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, the vehicle must be kept clean and presentable at all times, reflecting professionalism and attention to detail. Perform all additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring alignment with operational needs and priorities. Applicants must fulfill specific academic prerequisites and possess relevant professional experience to be considered for this role. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a field pertinent to the position is mandatory, though higher qualifications are strongly preferred. Additionally, candidates should have at least three years of professional experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated expertise in key areas such as project management, research analysis, or strategic planning is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and leadership skills are also required to collaborate with diverse teams and drive organizational objectives forward. A valid driver’s license is required to perform the duties of this position.

• A minimum of three years of uninterrupted driving experience is required. Prepared to undertake assignments across any location within Uganda with minimal oversight. A strong command of relevant competencies and technical skills is essential for this role. Proficiency in specific tools, methodologies, or frameworks is required to effectively execute job responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in key areas relevant to the position, including but not limited to problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking.
