Speed Courier and Logistics is seeking qualified and driven female candidates for the Branch Supervisor position at its Mchinji location. The selected individual will oversee daily operations, uphold efficient parcel handling, maintain outstanding customer service, and enhance branch performance. Key Responsibilities: – Oversee daily branch operations and team performance. – Ensure accurate parcel receiving, scanning, dispatching, and delivery. – Monitor customer service quality and address complaints promptly. – Compile and submit branch reports to management. – Enforce company policies and operational guidelines. – Foster business expansion and meet performance targets. Qualifications and Requirements: – Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related discipline. – Minimum of two years of supervisory experience. – Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. – Proficiency in computer operations and report preparation. – Capable of working under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions.
