Missions
Ce poste allie vidéographie et montage vidéo pour produire des vidéos de qualité supérieure destinées aux initiatives de formation, aux efforts marketing, aux campagnes de collecte de fonds et aux communications de marque de One Acre Fund — le tout centré sur l'amplification de l'impact de l'organisation, en particulier auprès des jeunes et des femmes. Le poste requiert une fusion de compétences en narration, en changement de comportement social et en marketing pour élaborer des récits convaincants qui mettent en lumière le travail transformateur de One Acre Fund. Votre priorité principale sera de capturer des histoires authentiques d'agriculteurs illustrant l'influence de l'organisation sur les individus et les générations futures.
Responsabilités clés :
Réalisation et montage à fort impact : produire un contenu vidéo et audio engageant et émotionnellement résonnant à l'aide d'appareils photo DSLR et de smartphones.
Coordination terrain : organiser et diriger des tournages vidéo dans tous les pays d'opération en collaboration avec les équipes locales.
Développement stratégique de récits : élaborer des storyboards et des scripts alignés sur les briefs après le tournage ; sous-titrer des vidéos dans sept langues ou plus ; remonter le contenu à des fins variées ; et concevoir des motion graphics sur mesure conformes aux directives de la marque.
Expertise en interviews et narration : identifier et affiner des histoires de terrain percutantes à partir des briefs ; mener des interviews qui suscitent des réponses convaincantes, uniques et émouvantes pour faire avancer les arcs narratifs ; analyser les rapports des agriculteurs pour conceptualiser des scénarios potentiels et adapter les interviews en conséquence.
Systèmes vidéo et gestion des actifs : superviser occasionnellement des freelances ou accueillir des équipes sélectionnées par les donateurs lors des tournages ; maintenir et organiser les archives vidéo et le stockage des rushes de One Acre Fund ; établir et superviser un calendrier de production vidéo pour assurer la transparence vis-à-vis des parties prenantes concernant les projets à venir.
