Key Responsibilities: – Production: Capture visually striking, emotionally resonant video and audio using DSLR and smartphone cameras, while directing shoots across all operational countries in collaboration with local teams. – Editing: Develop storyboards and scripts aligned with project briefs, create subtitles in seven or more languages, and adapt footage for diverse applications. Design bespoke motion graphics that uphold brand consistency. – Storytelling & Interviewing: Identify and cultivate impactful narratives in the field, crafting interview questions that elicit authentic, compelling responses to propel story arcs. Analyze farmer reports to conceptualize potential storylines and refine interview strategies accordingly. – Systems Management: Occasionally oversee freelancers or host donor-selected crews for filming, maintain and organize the organization’s video archives, and oversee the video production schedule to ensure stakeholder alignment.
