Missions :
Prendre en charge la demande des clients de la banque de détail pour les questions bancaires allant des produits de prêt, transactionnels et d'investissement aux activités de compte client (par exemple, ouverture de comptes pertinents, relevés, informations sur les ordres de débit, etc.), tout en formant une évaluation et une compréhension précises de cette demande afin d'y répondre de manière unique et cohérente, conformément aux exigences de l'expérience client, des produits et de la législation (par exemple, CBK, IRA).

3 à 4 ans d'expérience en agence bancaire ou en centre de contact, avec une bonne compréhension des processus, politiques et produits bancaires. Expérience en vente dans le secteur bancaire ou dans des secteurs de services connexes tels que l'assurance, les SACCOs et autres institutions de services financiers.
Compétences comportementales :
Convaincre les personnes, suivre les procédures, interagir avec les personnes, saisir les opportunités, agir, travailler en équipe.
Compétences techniques :
Vérification des demandes et des soumissions, processus et procédures bancaires, acceptation et examen des clients, compréhension du client, traitement, connaissance des produits.
