OVERVIEW Our client is a leading IT and media company that provides cutting-edge solutions for various industries and sectors and is looking for a General Manager who can oversee the operations, manage projects, and lead their teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO Set strategic direction and goals for the company Develop and implement business plans, budgeting and maximize the profitability of the business Ensure the quality and delivery of our products and services Manage the financial performance and growth of the company Oversee performance evaluations, employee and talent development, ensuring a supportive and inclusive working environment Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Streamline our business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity Ensure consistent compliance with local and international regulations and standards Establish KPI’s to measure the company’s performance across various departments, regularly monitor progress, and provide detailed reports to the executive team and directors. Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the company, foster a positive and productive work culture, and promote teamwork and collaboration.
